Getting to know your device for the Over 50’s
Did you know that there are currently 4 Million Australians that are not online? Of those 4 Million who are not online, 3 Million are Over 50.
Be connected is a free Australian Government program for the Over 50’s to help them to get the most out of going online, so you can add new skills and experiences to your life.
Don’t get left behind, stay in touch. There’s never been a better time to get online!
Group training sessions are restarting now the COVID-19 social distancing restrictions are gradually being lifted in South Australia.
Future sessions will be:
Cunlife Branch at Wallaroo Uniting Church on 23, 24 and 27 July
Charlton Branch at Port Lincoln from 31 July (venue TBA)
Coonalpyn and Yurgo Branches at Coonalpyn on 28, 29 30 September (venue TBA)

For those who have been working on the program, a new Course has been added to the Topics. It’ covers myGOV and teaches you what it is and how to use it. MyGOV is the gateway to Medicare, Centrelink, Taxation and Health. I encourage you to complete this new Course, I’m sure you will find it interesting and useful.
